Quincy Holloway - (CEO)
Quincy Holloway has over 24 years of supervisory/management experience & over 14 years of experience working with youth and non-profit organizations. Quincy started his career with youth in 2002 when he moved to Columbus, Ohio. He joined the nonprofit organization "Care for A Child Mentoring" in which he was a one-on-one mentor, mentoring several youths for the entity. He eventually worked his way up to "Speaker Liaison of The Board" on the Board of Directors for the organization in 2003.
Quincy joined the staff with the Jerry Y. Garver YMCA on the east side of Columbus in 2007, where he served as a volunteer sports coach for 8 years (2007-2015). Quincy also served on the YMCA's Board of Directors from 2008-2013 during his 8-year volunteer stint there. In 2016, Quincy joined the non-profit organization, the "Star House", which was a project started by The Ohio State University to assist with at-risk youth and teenage homelessness in Columbus, OH. Quincy served as a youth advocate and counselor with the Star House from 2016-2020.

Our team consists of a committed group of Licensed Therapists, Counselors, Mentors, Administrators, and Youth Advocates dedicated to the process of changing the lives of our youth, one person at a time, one situation at a time, one opportunity at a time. We won't quit until each and every youth walks out of our doors changed, encouraged, and transformed. A direct evolution for our community!
